Caroline Aur

Caroline Brassfield (Aur) is a seasoned project manager and client experience leader with a robust background in operational management and marketing strategy. Currently serving as the Client Experience Program Lead at Paycom since November 2023, Caroline previously held diverse roles including Project Manager at Bison Technologies, where contributions included scalable process development, project management for marketing teams, and the establishment of knowledge bases. Additional experience spans project management at GSF, Inc, and Costco, where responsibilities included managing multi-million dollar advertising budgets and overseeing project execution. Caroline's early career included positions at McMahon Marketing, Community Health Charities of TN, Velie Law Firm, and Legend's Restaurant, showcasing a wide-ranging expertise in operations, marketing, and client support. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from the University of Oklahoma, complemented by a minor in Portuguese Language.
