Mohamad Fayad

Mohamad Fayad is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and product management. Currently serving as the Global Level 2 Support Director at PayComplete since April 2016, Mohamad leads global technical support teams for cash management devices and platform applications, implementing best practices for incident management and knowledge sharing.
