Eszter Hetesi-Szigeti

Eszter Hetesi-Szigeti has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Eszter currently works at Payconiq International as a Product Manager since December 2022, and previously held the role of Product Owner from April 2020 to March 2023. Before joining Payconiq International, they worked at Centralpoint as a Product Owner from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they were employed at IT Services Hungary Kft. as a Software Tester from 2015 to 2018. Eszter also has experience as an External Lecturer at the University of Pécs, Hungary, where they co-held classes on subcultural studies, online journalism, and pop culture, and mentored underprivileged students from 2011 to 2015. Eszter began their career as a Usability Tester at Definite Kft. in 2008.

Eszter Hetesi-Szigeti began their education at the University of Pécs in 2005 and graduated in 2011 with a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Communication and Media Studies. During the same period, they also completed a second Master of Arts (MA) degree in German Language and Literature at the University of Pécs. Later, from 2011 to 2014, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Cultural Anthropology at the University of Pécs.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Eszter Hetesi-Szigeti holds several certifications. In 2016, they obtained the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from EXIN, a partner for ICT competence. In the same year, they also received the ISTQB Foundation certification from the Hungarian Testing Board.

Furthermore, Eszter Hetesi-Szigeti has acquired additional certifications in Agile and Scrum methodologies. Eszter completed the SCRUM - Agile Software Development training program offered by SZÁMALK TRAINING in 2017. Eszter attained the Professional Scrum Product Owner I certification from Scrum.org in October 2020, and later, in September 2021, they achieved the Professional Scrum Product Owner II certification, also from Scrum.org.
