Alyson Baluchi

Alyson Baluchi possesses extensive experience in client experience operations and implementation, currently serving as the Director of Client Experience Operations at Paycor since October 2018. Previously, Alyson held various roles at Paycor, including Director of Implementation and Senior Implementation Manager. Prior to joining Paycor, Alyson served as Branch Manager at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from March 2009 to 2018, where notable achievements included winning the Champions of Chase Award and being recognized as a National Achiever in 2018, along with co-chairing the Regional Diversity Council. Earlier career experiences include roles in marketing at Chase Seligman Dist. Co. and as a Customer Service Representative at Fifth Third Bank. Alyson holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, and Management from Northern Kentucky University, earned in 2007.
