Amber Hardtke

Amber Hardtke has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Amber currently serves as a Principal Recruiter at Paycor, where they are responsible for recruiting and onboarding new talent. Prior to this, Amber worked as a Senior Recruiter at Paycor and contributed to the development of their Human Capital Management (HCM) platform. Before joining Paycor, they held the position of Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition at Luxottica, a global leader in eyewear manufacturing and distribution. Amber also had various roles at Luxottica, including Senior Recruiter and Recruiter. Their professional journey began at Dillards, where they served as an Area Sales Manager. Amber then transitioned to Coach as an Associate Manager before joining Michael Kors as a Store Manager.
