Eric Jones is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in tax services, operations, and team management across various industries. Currently serving as Manager of Tax Services at Paycor since January 2022, Eric has a proven track record of building high-performing teams and enhancing service quality. Prior to Paycor, Eric held a managerial position at ADP, where skillful leadership improved unit performance and supported significant revenue growth during challenging times. Eric’s career also includes roles at Vanguard, Edward Jones, Merrill Edge, and the University of Phoenix, contributing to a strong foundation in client experience, compliance, and operational excellence. Eric's service in the United States Marine Corps as a Lance Corporal has further instilled a commitment to excellence, guiding a strategic leadership style. Eric holds an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University and a BS in Management from the University of Phoenix.
