Heather Moore

Heather Moore has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Heather started their career in 2004 as a CPHT at TriHealth and worked there until 2015. Heather also served as an NFL Cheerleader for the Cincinnati Bengals from 2008 to 2010. In 2014, they worked as a Sales Consultant at The Connor Group before transitioning to roles at Robert Half, starting as a Recruiting Manager in 2015 and later becoming a Sr. Recruiting Manager Account Executive. Heather then joined Lucas Group, A Korn Ferry Company in 2017 as a Senior Executive Search Consultant, where they handled full desk sales, business development, and executive recruiting. Most recently, Heather has joined Paycor in 2022, where they hold the positions of Principal Recruiter and Senior Leadership Recruiter.

Heather Moore obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Cincinnati in 2009.
