Joel Sherrard

Joel Sherrard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) technology. Currently serving as Principal Market Executive at Paycor since July 2013, Joel has held various significant roles including Senior Market Manager and Regional Director, focusing on enhancing back-office processes and leading high-performing teams through innovative software solutions. In addition to corporate roles, Joel is actively involved in community service as Treasurer and Board Member of Friends of the Detroit River, and as Assistant District Governor in Rotary International. Joel also brings experience from previous positions at Wolters Kluwer and Thomson Reuters, along with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Marketing focus from Central Michigan University.
