Josh Greear

Josh Greear is a seasoned professional in the field of implementation and business technology, currently serving as Senior Director of Implementation at Paycor since December 2021, after transitioning from the role of Director of Implementation. Prior to Paycor, Josh held various positions at Western & Southern Financial Group from June 2005 to December 2021, including Assistant Vice President of Business Technology, Director of Systems Integration, and Manager of Systems Integration, among others. Josh holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Georgetown College.
