Rachel Maley

Rachel Maley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales communication and employee engagement, currently serving as the Manager of Sales Communication and Experiences at Paycor since September 2015. Rachel oversees the Sales Enablement Platform, coordinates communication channels, and plans key company events such as the annual Sales Kickoff and incentive trips. With a background as a Principal Sales Communication and Experience Manager and a Senior Employee Experience Manager at Paycor, Rachel has also managed the company's intranet and supported corporate events. As the founder of Foster the Fun, Rachel emphasizes the importance of celebrating life’s milestones. Earlier roles include a Technology Integration Specialist at Epiphany Management Group and teaching positions at The Ohio State University and Western Row Elementary School. Rachel holds a Master's degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor's degree from Miami University.
