Mahlatse Shakoane

Mahlatse Shakoane is an Inventory Analyst at Paycorp Group since March 2023, responsible for implementing an ERP system and conducting inventory analysis through the creation of dashboards and statistics. Prior to this role, Mahlatse served as an Economic Consultant at Mwanzo Learning, where responsibilities included NPV calculations and business performance forecasting. An internship at GEOVICON ENVIRONMENTAL involved developing an organizational strategy using the Balance Scorecard, and a hybrid business and operating model. Mahlatse also worked as an Industrial Engineer at Mopani Pharmacy, focusing on process optimization through data analysis and time studies. Mahlatse holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pretoria, completed in November 2022.
