Michele Tash is an experienced human resources professional with over two decades in the field. Currently serving as Benefits Manager at Payday since April 2021, Michele previously held roles at Systech International from January 2014 to April 2021, including Human Resources Business Partner and Director of People Operations, where responsibilities encompassed employee integration during a company acquisition and development of personnel policies. Other positions at Systech included Senior Manager People Operations and Human Resources Manager, both echoing the strategic responsibilities of the Director role. Earlier experience includes serving as Human Resources Generalist at M.I. Hummel Company from March 1999 to November 2013, overseeing HR functions for approximately 150 employees. Michele holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Stockton University, earned between 1993 and 1997.
