Kate Porter

Kate Porter is an experienced Emerging Markets Portfolio Analyst at Payden & Rygel since July 2021, with prior roles at Chilton Trust as a Portfolio/Credit Analyst and Aberdeen Standard Investments as a Portfolio Analyst in both Fixed Income & Alternatives and as a Summer Analyst in Fixed Income. Kate's analytical expertise includes trade allocation, scenario analysis, and risk modeling, enhanced through participation in Aberdeen’s Rotational program and extensive research on macroeconomic factors. Educationally, Kate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics/Mathematics from Pomona College, supplemented by a study abroad experience in 2017.
