Lisa Redding has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Lisa started their career as a Transfer Pricing/Economics Consultant at Ernst & Young LLP in 1999, where they prepared reports on inter-company transactions and maintained an internal repository of knowledge objects. In 2001, they were selected for a rotation abroad and served on the Transfer Pricing team in Ernst & Young's Paris office. Lisa then worked as a Financial Analyst (Contractor) at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in 2003, where they compiled financial information and resolved accounting issues. In the same year, they joined KAINTUCK CAPITAL MANAGEMENT, LP as a Research Coordinator, Principal. Lisa conducted research and analysis for equity analysts and assisted in developing new research infrastructure and strategies. Lisa joined Payden & Rygel in 2010 as an Office Manager before progressing to the roles of Vice President - Client Service, Associate Vice President, and Portfolio Analyst. At Payden & Rygel, they provided client services, administered investment policies, prepared custom reporting, coordinated cash flows, and created marketing investment materials.
