Brendon Lalonde has extensive work experience in various leadership and business development roles. Brendon began their career as a Senior Forensic Toxicologist at the Ontario Centre of Forensic Sciences from 1999 to 2003. From 2005 to 2009, they worked at The Boston Consulting Group as a Consultant and later as a Project Leader, where they collaborated with leading companies on various projects. In 2009, Brendon joined Cancer Care Ontario, where they served as the Director of Clinical Programs and Disease Pathway Management, leading initiatives to improve cancer care across Canada's largest health system. Brendon developed business cases, led a provincial increase in symptom assessment rates, and executed disease pathway management strategies. In 2011, Brendon joined Dynacare as the Sales Director for Toxicology and Occupational Health and later held roles as the Director of Strategy and Commercial Analytics and the Managing Director of Healthcare Provider Business Lines and Commercial Analytics. In 2019, they became the Vice President of Business Development and Client Solutions at Dynacare. Overall, Brendon's experience spans healthcare, consulting, and forensic science, demonstrating their expertise in strategic planning, business development, and project management.
Brendon Lalonde completed their education in a chronological order. Brendon obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the London Business School, graduating in 2005. Prior to that, from 1997 to 1999, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Pharmacology and Toxicology at Queen's University. Before their master's, from 1993 to 1997, Brendon completed their Bachelor of Science Honours (B.Sc.H.) degree in Life Sciences at Queen's University as well.
