Robi Chen

Robi Chen is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at PayerMax, overseeing recruitment across multiple regions, including Mainland China and various Southeast Asian countries. Previously, Robi served as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Activision Blizzard, managing hiring activities across the APAC region. Robi has extensive experience in talent acquisition, having held roles at companies such as WeWork, Hudson, and Gi Group, where they developed teams and strategies to enhance recruitment processes. Recognized for their leadership and performance, Robi received multiple accolades during their career, including the China Top Sales Award in 2011 and the China Top Biller Award in 2017.
