Bruna Adriano

Bruna Adriano has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Bruna began their career in 2014 as a university professor at Universidade do Vale do Itajaí | Univali, where they taught until 2019. In 2008, they joined Vis Desenvolvimento de Liderança as the Head of Assessment, a position they held for over 13 years. Most recently, in 2021, Bruna joined Payface as the Head of People and Culture, and later transitioned into the role of Director of People and Culture in 2022.

Bruna Adriano has an extensive education history. Bruna completed their Doctorate in Psychology at the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, they pursued their Master's degree in Business Administration at the Universidade do Vale do Itajaí from 2013 to 2015. Bruna also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Administration from the same university from 2012 to 2014. In addition, they pursued a specialization in People Management at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2012-2013 and another specialization in Advocacy and Labor Law at Anhanguera Educacional from 2011 to 2012. Bruna's education journey started with a Bachelor's degree in Law from the Universidade do Vale do Itajaí, which they completed from 2005 to 2010.
