Andrew Novak

Andrew Novak has a diverse range of work experience in various companies and roles. Andrew is currently working at Payfare Inc. as a Senior Product Design Manager, starting in January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Amazon as a UX Design Manager from June 2022 to January 2023, and as a Senior UX Designer from July 2021 to June 2022. From May 2018 to June 2021, Andrew was the Manager of User Experience at Sonnet Insurance Company. Andrew worked as an Interaction Designer at Cineplex Entertainment from December 2016 to May 2018. Before that, they were a Senior UX Designer at Questrade from September 2014 to December 2016. Andrew also worked at Kobo Inc. as an Information Architect from January 2012 to September 2014, at CGI as a User Experience Architect from June 2010 to January 2012, and at RBC Royal Bank as an Information Architect from March 2010 to June 2010.

Andrew Novak completed their Bachelor of Applied Science with Honours in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto from 2003 to 2007. Andrew then pursued further education at Ryerson University, where they obtained a Master of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering, completing their studies from 2007 to 2009.
