Amaia Garcia Bozal

Amaia Garcia Bozal has been working in the professional world since 2015. In that year, they were an Intern at Transportes Los Tudelanos, where they collaborated with EFQM, accounting tasks, customer relations, corporate social responsibility and administration. In 2017, they became a Bank Teller at LABORAL Kutxa, where they gained knowledge in banking, transactions, loans and private investment. In 2019, they were a Consultant at InnovEYtion Hub at EY. In 2020, they were an Associate Consultant at IBM, working in the Business Transformation Services, Procurement practice and implementing SAP Ariba. Amaia was also a Member at Talento para el Futuro, a Think Tank that aims to translate the concerns of young people in Spain into concrete political measures to cause real impact. In 2021, they became a Product Operations Manager at Payflow (YC S21), where they were in charge of the implementation and support of Payflow and the development of their new integrations with payroll and HRIS software. Amaia has implemented over 300 clients of sizes between 50-50K employees in 5 countries in Europe and Latin America, and developed integrations with 40+ payroll and HRIS software, via webservices, REST APIs and SFTP. Finally, in 2022, they became a Miembro at Nova Talent.

Amaia Garcia Bozal has a diverse education history. Amaia obtained a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Navarra between 2014 and 2018. During their studies, they also participated in an exchange program at HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management in 2017 and an exchange program at UNSW in 2016. In 2018, they completed an undergraduate program for the 50 best academic reports in Economics Faculty at IESE Business School. Amaia then completed an MBA in International Management at ICEX-CECO in 2019. In addition to their formal education, Amaia has obtained certifications from IBM, SAP, Udemy, The TOEFL® test, Cambridge English, and Google.
