Katie Benfer

Katie Benfer, MBA, CCP, PHR, currently serves as a Senior Compensation Consultant at Payformance Partners since September 2021. Prior to this role, Katie held various positions related to compensation and human resources at Compass Group, including Senior Compensation Consultant and Regional Human Resources Consultant, from March 2010 to July 2020. Earlier experience includes serving as a Compensation Analyst at Carolinas HealthCare System from October 2006 to February 2010 and as a Compensation Specialist at Lowe's Companies, Inc. from August 2004 to October 2006. Katie holds a Master of Business Administration from Pfeiffer University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources and Finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
