Jim Pugliese

Jim Pugliese has extensive experience in various roles within the finance and insurance industries. Jim is currently the President of Paygevity, where they oversee a supply chain financing program that optimizes working capital for large and mid-market companies and their suppliers. Prior to this role, Jim served as the Managing Partner at both Associated Risk Partners and Stonegate Alternative Solutions, where they maximized value for insurance agency owners and provided advisory services to the alternative asset industry, respectively. Jim also held the position of Chief Development Officer at RiverRock Funds and Chief Executive Officer at CheckPoint HR. Before that, they served as the National Sales Director at HealthPlanOne, LLC and held co-founder and president roles at both LifeOptions and BenefitPort. Jim's early career involved corporate development work at Oxford Health Plans.

Jim Pugliese's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from The Wharton School, which they obtained from 1974 to 1978. Jim then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance at UCONN from 1978 to 1980. Prior to their higher education, Jim attended Middletown High School from 1970 to 1974. In terms of continuous learning and professional development, they acquired several securities licenses including Series 6, 63, 65, and 82 from 2010 to 2020. Additionally, Jim participated in the Fairchester Chapter of the Young Presidents' Organization from 1991 to 2020.
