Stephanie Hanson

Stephanie Hanson is the Director of Product Management at PayGround. Stephanie is an experienced leader who spent the last decade of her career in the healthcare sector serving in various product roles. Most recently, Stephanie led the product and design team at Healthicity. During her time there, she partnered with customers, designers and developers to deliver 10+ key features across the Healthicity suite of applications to support healthcare compliance professionals.

Stephanie’s experience as a young professional in customer service roles helped to identify and cultivate her passion for product management. She strives to understand customer needs at a deeper level so that their challenges can be overcome through software. Additionally, she believes in the balance of qualitative and quantitative data to achieve the best outcomes for her customers. She is a results oriented strategic leader who enables her team to achieve success by aligning on a shared goal and a common sense of purpose.
