Paola Cortina

Paola Cortina is a seasoned professional in revenue enablement and sales management, currently serving as Senior Revenue Enablement Manager at Payhawk since November 2025. Prior roles include Global GTM Enablement Team Manager and Global Enablement Manager at Pleo, and Sales & Partnerships at Common Surface, a B2B SaaS platform. Paola has extensive experience in sales and business development, having held positions such as Advisor at Metaspeech, Sales Manager at Unrival and Maxe by Shoppar, and Account Executive at Paddle. Additionally, Paola played a key role in business development at Increase, a fintech company, where significant client growth was achieved. As a co-founder of the Argentinean chapter of Best Buddies International, Paola helped establish the organization and develop inclusive programs. Paola holds a law degree from Católica Andrés Bello University.
