Anna Challacombe

Anna Challacombe has a wealth of work experience in the fields of product design and user experience. Anna began their career in 2010 as a Program and Logistics Intern at Creative Campus Initiative. Anna then worked as a Solutions Intern at FedEx Services in 2012, followed by a Business Analyst position at Procter & Gamble. In 2013, they worked as a Delivery Consultant - Rules Designer and Automation Developer at Cerner Corporation. From 2014 to 2020, Anna worked at SMG - Service Management Group as a User Experience Designer, Associate Product Manager, Scrum Master, and Technical Project Manager - Location Analytics. In 2020, Anna moved to Useagility as an Experience Designer, and in 2021 they joined Intouch Solutions as a UX Strategist and PayIt as a Senior Product Designer.

Anna Challacombe graduated from The University of Alabama in 2013 with a degree in Management Information Systems. Anna also holds a UX Certificate with Research Specialty from the Nielsen Norman Group, obtained in September 2022.
