James L. Ward serves as the Senior Vice President, Public Sector at PayIt since January 2023. Prior to this role, James held various leadership positions at Talkdesk, including Vice President for Regulated Industries, and at Genesys, where multiple titles were held, culminating in Vice President of the US Public Sector.
