Nicholas Russell

Nicholas Russell is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as Principal Engineer at PayIt since May 2024. Previously, Nicholas held the position of Principal Architect at AS Software from October 2022 to May 2024, and worked as a Software Engineer at Mylo, a Lockton Company from January 2021 to October 2022. Nicholas has an extensive background at PayIt, initially beginning as a Software Engineer and progressing to Software Engineering Manager before returning to the organization in a principal role. Other significant experience includes serving as Software Engineer Team Lead at The Nerdery, Software Engineer at Lexmark International, Inc., and as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Minnesota. Nicholas began the journey in the field as an intern at Smart Information Flow Technologies (SIFT) and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota in 2012.
