Elena Diakova

Elena Diakova has over 20 years of experience in financial planning and analysis as well as treasury roles. Elena has held leadership positions in various companies, including PayJoy, Reach Financial, Stoli® Group, GE Capital, FICO/ Adeptra, Atlantic Coast Media Group, and Pitney Bowes. Throughout their career, Elena has managed financial planning processes, led budgeting and forecasting activities, developed long-term strategic plans, and monitored key performance indicators. Elena also has experience in debt management, loan negotiations, and compliance reporting. Elena has been involved in M&A transactions, evaluated growth opportunities, and conducted portfolio analysis to identify areas for business expansion. Furthermore, they have contributed to the development and implementation of enterprise strategies and supported new product and service development efforts.

Elena Diakova earned an MBA degree in Finance and Marketing from The Wharton School, where they studied from 2002 to 2004.
