Megan Wales

Megan Wales has worked at three different companies since 2015. Megan began their career at Washington State University as a Clerical Assistant, where they served as the first point of contact for numerous protocols and researchers. Megan provided assistance on successful completion of the application and advised researchers on various Washington State University IRB policy requirements. Megan also worked as a Telephone Interviewer, where they collected data for dozens of research projects through telephone interviews. In 2018, they began working at Saje Natural Wellness, where they held the roles of Jr. Assistant Manager, Community Team Lead, and Team Member. Most recently, they have been employed at PayJunction since 2019, where they have held the roles of Sales Operations Administrator, Sales Operations Coordinator, Sr. Sales Coordinator, and Sales Coordinator.

Megan Wales graduated from Washington State University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, a minor in Communication, and a Political Science focus. Megan has obtained additional certifications, including the SHRM - PMQ from SHRM in September 2022, the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce in August 2021, and the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute in December 2022.
