Khally Saarman-Jones

Khally Saarman-Jones has had a diverse work experience in various roles. They started their career at PlayStation in 2013 as a Team Administrator, providing comprehensive support to the VP and Business Planning Team. This involved office management, event planning, travel management, and report preparation. In 2017, Saarman-Jones joined Try Tag Rugby as an Office Manager, and then moved on to Payload Studios in 2018. At Payload Studios, they initially served as an Office Manager before transitioning to the role of HR and Facilities Manager. They were responsible for leading People Ops and HR, including recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, benefits, and employee relations. They also implemented new tools, processes, and policies. In 2023, Saarman-Jones was promoted to the position of Director of People and Culture at Payload Studios.
