Adam Bauske

Adam Bauske serves as the Learning and Development Manager at Paylocity, overseeing a team of trainers focused on enhancing the learning experience for internal operations. Bauske has held various leadership roles at Paylocity, including Implementation Manager and Client Services Manager, where responsibility included supporting teams in executing client expectations and managing human capital management systems. In addition to roles at Paylocity, Bauske is an active Board Member for Partners for Our Communities and Vice Chairman of the Planning and Zoning Board for the Village of Hoffman Estates. Previous experience includes managerial positions at JPMorgan Chase and operations management at Pine Mountain Springs. Bauske holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, a Master’s in Business Administration from Wilmington University, and a certificate in Human Resources Management from Harper College.
