Casey Chrudimsky

Casey Chrudimsky is a results-oriented professional with extensive experience in process improvement and implementation leadership, currently serving as the Director of Implementation at Paylocity since March 2019. In this role, Casey leads a Shared Services organization of over 160 associates, achieving significant team growth and improved efficiency. Previously, Casey held various positions at Nielsen, including Business Process Improvement Partner and Global Quality Process Optimization Leader, where contributions resulted in substantial cost savings and enhanced operational effectiveness. Casey is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, proficient in coaching teams on process improvements, and has a background in Salesforce CRM implementation across a global network. Possessing a Bachelor of Sciences in Computer Science and Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, Casey combines technical expertise with management skills to drive results and foster team development.
