Connor Stubbe

Connor Stubbe is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in leading product strategy and development. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Paylocity since March 2020, Connor spearheads AI product strategy and is responsible for the design and development of the Recognition and Rewards Product offering. Previous roles at Paylocity included Product Manager for On Demand Payment, Expense Management, and Tax Filing Cash Collection Services. Prior to Paylocity, Connor was involved with Kin + Carta as a Product Owner and Strategy Consultant, focusing on innovative product solutions. At Allstate, Connor advanced their telematics and usage-based insurance products, facilitated strategic planning processes, and improved operational capabilities. Connor holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and has further education from Copenhagen Business School.
