Courtney Reese

Courtney Reese, MHRM, SHRM-CP, is a Human Resources Specialist at Paylocity since September 2019, where responsibilities include supporting HR strategy across various business units, managing employee file systems, and overseeing processes such as onboarding and exit interviews for over 1,400 employees. Previously, Courtney served as a Human Resources Consultant, assisting clients with Paylocity HR Product Suite implementation and leading a Six Sigma project team that significantly reduced Position Code rework.
