Heather Stoddard

Heather Stoddard has over a decade of experience in product and technology operations, currently serving as Senior Manager at Paylocity since October 2015, where significant contributions include leading a strategic initiative for global talent expansion into the Czech Republic. Prior roles at Paylocity involved positions such as Product Operations Manager and Program Manager. Before Paylocity, Heather worked at Cancer Treatment Centers of America in various capacities, including Training Coordinator and Project Manager, and began her career at Centegra Health System as a Nutritional Aid. Heather holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from the University of Arizona and an Associate of Science from McHenry County College.
