Jennifer Shade

Jennifer Shade has been a part of Paylocity since October 2014, starting as a Client Services Manager and later taking on the role of Team Leader. Prior to that, Jennifer worked at Convergys from August 2010 to October 2014 also as a Team Leader. Jennifer graduated from Valencia Community College in 2010 with an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Business Administration and Management. Jennifer excels in maintaining client communication, providing support for various payroll and benefits services, and meeting deadlines for both internal and client-related tasks. Jennifer has experience in reviewing performance reports, measuring productivity, goal achievement, and creating agent scorecards.
