Joe Canale is a seasoned sales executive with extensive experience in the payroll and Human Resources industry. At Paylocity since May 2016, Joe has held progressive roles including Senior Regional Vice President of Sales, where the focus is on elevating payroll and HR to strategic business functions through advanced Cloud software solutions. Prior to Paylocity, Joe served as a Sales Executive at ADP from July 2007 to May 2016, leading a team dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency for small business owners. Joe's career began as a Financial Aid Advisor at Career Education Corporation from May 2005 to July 2007. Educationally, Joe holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Illinois State University, completed in 2005.
