Nikia Morgan

Nikia Morgan has extensive experience in project management and implementation within the technology and restaurant sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Implementation at Paylocity since January 2016, Nikia has progressed through various roles including Implementation Manager and HCM Implementation Consultant. Prior experience includes positions as Assistant General Manager at Dig & Dive Restaurant and Server Trainer at Pura, Inc Restaurant. Additionally, Nikia gained valuable insight as a Judicial Intern at the 42nd Indiana Circuit Court. Academically, Nikia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Cape Fear Community College.
