Vera Mendez

Vera Mendez has extensive experience in operational and customer support leadership, currently serving as the Director of Technical Operations and Director of Client Services at Paylocity since April 2009. Prior to this role, Vera held the position of Director of Customer Support at Kaplan Professional from March 2006 to May 2009. Additionally, Vera worked as the General Manager at Metro One from 1994 to 2006, contributing to a solid foundation in management and customer relations.
