Roshan Gandhi

Roshan Gandhi is a seasoned leader in the education and non-profit sectors, currently serving as Managing Director of the GoCongo Foundation since February 2023, focusing on educational, healthcare, and environmental initiatives in southern DRC. With extensive experience at City Montessori School, Roshan held the positions of Chief Executive Officer and Honorary Chief Adviser, notably reversing declining admissions and implementing significant educational reforms. Additional roles include Consulting Director of Operations at Paymán Club, Strategy Consultant at Rebotica, and an array of advisory positions across various organizations. An accomplished musical director, Roshan has also demonstrated a strong track record in project management and fundraising within artistic and educational contexts. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford and an MBA in Educational Leadership from IOE - UCL.
