Laura Hilferty

Laura Hilferty has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Laura started their career in 2016 as a Front Office Receptionist Trainee at Room Mate Hotels. Laura then moved to Ohla boutique hotels, where they served as a Experience Department Trainee, Front Office Receptionist Trainee, and Housekeeping Department Trainee. In 2017, they joined Derby Hotels Collection as an Events Trainee and Reservations Trainee. In 2018, they became a Reservations Agent and Front Desk Receptionist at Alexandra Barcelona Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton. In 2020, they took on the roles of Lead Product Manager and Product Manager at Nuclio Digital School. Currently, they are a Product Owner & QA Tester at Paymefy.

Laura Hilferty has a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management from the School of Tourism and Hospitality Management Sant Ignasi (Universitat Ramon Llull) in Barcelona, which they obtained in 2018. In 2017, they completed an International Hospitality Management program at Oxford Brookes University. In 2020, they obtained a Master in Digital Product Management from Nuclio Digital School. Currently, they are pursuing a Master in Full Stack Development from Nuclio Digital School. Additionally, Laura has obtained three certifications: Learn JavaScript Course from Codecademy in 2021, The Fundamentals of Revenue Management: the Cornerstone of Revenue Strategy from ESSEC Business School in 2020, and a Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE) - Grade B from Cambridge English Language Assessment in 2016.
