Karen Parkkonen

Karen Parkkonen has worked in the sales and product management industry since 1993. Karen started their career at Weyerhaeuser Building Materials Distribution as a Sales Representative and Product Manager. In 1998, they moved to First Data/Wells Fargo Merchant Services as a Business Sales Consultant. In 2004, they joined Heartland Payment Systems as a Business Sales Consultant, and in 2008 they moved to Wells Fargo Merchant Services in the same role. In 2010, they joined Payment Logistics as a Merchant Sales Consultant, and in 2015 they joined Gorge Networks as a Sales Coordinator. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for closing, boarding, scheduling, and managing follow-up on all sales of residential internet and voice services, as well as helping merchants and organizations choose payment solutions that fit their specific business plans, technical aptitudes, and budgets. Karen has also achieved plan goals in volume, actual profit, and other measured metrics, and has built their own referral network of technology and association partners.

Karen Parkkonen attended Northern Michigan University from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Management / Administration with a Business Minor.
