Sakhiwe Nkosi is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical support and system maintenance. Currently part of the Customer Delight Team at Paymentology since February 2021, Sakhiwe has also held a long-term position at Accenture since August 2007 as an Onsite Technician and Junior Server Administrator, specializing in server refurbishing and providing IT and network support. Previous roles include Sales and Operations at Core Nepo Systems, a Technician at Loss Reduction Technology focusing on technical installations and repairs, and an IT Technician at Bytes Systems Integration, where Sakhiwe was involved in repairing and configuring POS terminals and Mini ATMs. Educational qualifications include an N6 degree in Electrical Light Current from Roodepoort College, obtained between 1999 and 2001.
