Fernanda Landgraf is an experienced finance and product operations professional currently serving as a Product Ops Specialist and Chief of Staff in Digital Banking at XP Inc. since October 2021. Previously, Fernanda worked at EBANX from December 2017 to October 2021 as a Senior Commercial Intelligence Analyst, where responsibilities included developing strategic reports on product positioning and conducting research on Latin American business models, and as a Payments & FX Analyst, contributing to a financial reconciliation model for credit card transactions. Prior experience includes an internship at Stone Pagamentos focused on asset control processes and a Treasury Summer Internship at Rumo, where studies on investments and resource management were conducted.
