Shelly Mangum

Shelly Mangum has extensive experience in sales and marketing, currently serving as Sales Development Coordinator at Paymentus since April 2014 and at TWI since April 2010. In these roles, Shelly manages the sales campaign process and administers marketing automation software to enhance lead generation and track the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Previously, Shelly worked as Marketing Coordinator at Virginia Transformer Corp from July 2008 to November 2009, where responsibilities included coordinating marketing activities, organizing lead generation campaigns, and developing marketing strategies in collaboration with upper management. Shelly's early career experience includes the role of Market Analyst, where sales data maintenance supported pricing and business development initiatives. Shelly holds a BS in Marketing from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and a BA in Media Arts and Design with a focus on Corporate Communication from James Madison University.
