Steven Stemmer

Steven Stemmer serves as Vice President of Payments Engineering at Paymentus, overseeing a highly configurable omni-channel payment platform since June 2018. Concurrently, Stemmer provides mentorship to financial technology startups at RevTech Labs. Prior experience includes Vice President of Information Technology at River Rock Capital Partners, where responsibilities included software engineering and IT infrastructure to support substantial capital deployment. At Western Union, Stemmer held various director roles, managing customer data technologies and big data engineering for a global network. Early career roles also include data architect at Speedpay, Inc., and director of IT at New Energy Corp. Stemmer holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
