Daniel Livingston

Daniel Livingston is a Partner at Payne & Fears LLP since January 1995, where Daniel is the Chairman of the Business Litigation Group. Prior to this, Daniel served as a Partner at Call, Clayton & Jensen from June 1987 to December 1994. Daniel started their legal career as an Associate Attorney at O'Melveny & Myers LLP from September 1982 to June 1987. Daniel holds an A.B. in Political Science from Stanford University and a J.D. in Law from Brigham Young University.
