Andrey Tey

Andrey Tey is an experienced information technology professional currently serving as Deputy Director at PAYNET since August 2022. Tey has held various leadership roles, including Head of Information Technology at Orient - Group of Companies and IT Consultant at Joint-Stock Commercial People's Bank.
