Kathy Rodger

Kathy Rodger has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Kathy is currently working as the Head of Issuing Operations at Paynovate since April 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Card Programme Implementation at Railsbank from September 2020 to March 2023. Before Railsbank, Kathy worked at Prepaid Financial Services Limited (PFS) as a Senior Mobile Payments Project Manager from January 2018 to September 2020. Their responsibilities included building mobile payment solutions, managing product requirements, and overseeing development and release processes. Prior to PFS, Kathy worked at MasterCard starting from August 2013. Kathy held several roles at MasterCard, including Sr Specialist Implementation Project Manager, Analyst, and Associate Analyst. Their responsibilities included project management, customer consultation, training, and onboarding. Prior to their time at MasterCard, Kathy worked as a Business Project External Consultant at GlaxoSmithKline, where they conducted market research and analysis.

Kathy Rodger completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Psychology at the University of Leeds from 2008 to 2011. Kathy then pursued a CEMS Double Degree in MSc International Management at University College Dublin from 2011 to 2012.
