Ayelet Star

Ayelet Star is a data science professional with extensive experience in leading teams and developing machine learning models. Currently serving as Team Leader at Payoneer, Ayelet oversees the Working Capital domain's data science squad, ensuring project KPIs and deadlines are met. With a background that includes roles as a Senior Data Scientist and Data Scientist at Payoneer, Ayelet has applied various machine learning techniques and developed end-to-end real-time ML models. Prior experience includes a Data Analyst position at Windward, where Ayelet conducted system analysis for the sales department, and research assistant roles at both the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and Tel Aviv University. Ayelet holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Human/Medical Genetics and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Biology from Tel Aviv University.
