Jean Tang

Jean Tang is an experienced professional in operations analytics and customer care, currently serving as the APAC Ops Analytics Manager at Payoneer since April 2019. Prior to this role, Jean held various positions at Lazada Group from August 2015 to August 2018, including Onboarding Manager for Crossborder, overseeing seller onboarding and training functions. Jean also worked as a Senior Analyst and Analyst in Vendor Development and Acquisition at Elance from January 2013 to June 2014, and as an Auditor at KPMG China from January 2011 to November 2012. Jean’s academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Warwick and a Master’s degree in Translation Studies from Hong Kong Baptist University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of International Business and Economics.
